I use the Strength and Repair treatment during some pampering time prior to a night shift. My hair is long, thick and in pretty bad condition so in need of repair. It took a satisfying amount of time to work through the different stages. In the first stage my cap didn't steam up (I think I have too much hair to contain in the cap!) but it didn't seem to matter, at the end my hair looked in better condition, felt soft an looked sleek and shiny. I wish I'd had somewhere more glamorous to go than work, but there is enough product for 3-4 treatments even for my thick hair.

My hair has been really dry and I've even got really frazzled bits from straighteners. After the first time of using this set my hair has been shiny, soft and stunning. I would really recommend it, and look forward to having my weekly hair treatment routine.
