AUTUMN/WINTER '10 BRAIDED BUN

The Braided Bun
It may be the style of the season, but the braided bun can be a tricky to pull off. Follow our five simple steps on how to get the look at home using Charles Worthington salon favourites.

Step 1
First, spray Front Row Turn Up the Volume Blow Dry Spray on your roots and lengths, before rough-drying. Curl the ends around a large barrel tong brush to give a little movement to the hair, then gently back brush at the crown to create volume.
Step 2
Next, spray Front Row Forever Lasting Hairspray onto a flat bristle brush and brush your hair into a high ponytail. This will help control flyaways.

Step 3
Braid the ponytail into a fishtail plait. Slightly dishevel and spritz with Front Row Rough and Tousled Salt Spray for a matt texture.
Step 4
Wrap the plait around the band of the ponytail to form a large bun.

Step 5
Secure the end of the ponytail with grips concealed into the bun. Finish with Front Row Forever Lasting Hairspray to set the style.
